I was recently stuck in a parking lot in Saratoga with a dead car battery. I called Saratoga Towing and they were fantastic!! They said they would check to see if they could get the right battery and call me back in 10 minutes.....and they did! They gave me the quote over the phone for my approval. They said it would be 60-90 minutes, which was fine. Ihab called me every 20-30 minutes to give me updates....it was soooo reassuring. They arrived in just over an hour, and had my car running happy in about 15 minutes. All around great experience and I am so grateful that they rescued me!

Got a flat driving on a cold night
Called the number and was promptly answered
The tow truck arrived in 12 min and was very courteous even at the odd hour
The price for towing was very reasonable much less than what I was expecting
Kudos got such a great service
